I love that the flat is very calm and bright with a west facing balcony which is a great sun trap for afternoon/evening sun. Spacious with lots of built in storage and high ceilings.
Why are you moving?
I'm moving for a bit more space and a garden, having been here for 10 years its time for a change but I would love to stay local if possible.
What do you love about the area?
Vauxhall is extremely central with Brixton, Clapham, Battersea Park and Victoria all within a half hour walk or short bus ride.
