What do you love most about your home? We love the modern, fresh décor spread throughout the home. The kitchen won us over due to the light from large window and the quartz work top to the essential and bonus appliances such as the wine cooler. Our garden really sold the flat to us; it leads off from the living room and is south-west facing therefore creates a fantastic sun-trap and a great place for summer entertaining with friends and family.




Why are you moving? We are relocating to Bristol to pursue new careers. Bristol is also close to our home towns which is a second reason as to why we are moving.




What do you love about the area? Our home is so close to a range of amenities. It is a 10 minute walk into Tooting town which includes clothing shops, health and beauty stores, banks and supermarkets such as Sainsbury's. In town there are many pubs, restaurants and takeaways; we particularly enjoy going to The Trafalgar and The Castle for dinner and drinks with friends. There is a convenience store within throwing distance from the  flat which has proved very useful. In the opposite direction from the town you can find a retail park just 10 minutes from the flat with a large Lidl, Pets at Home and Wickes. There are three gyms near to the flat, including a Leisure Centre with a swimming pool: The Gym is a 5 minute walk away and is at a very affordable price. The closest tube station, Tooting Broadway (Northern Line), is a 10 minute walk away and offers great access to central London which has been a bonus for us socially and for work purposes. Our home is also a short taxi drive to Wimbledon which we regularly visit for dinner and drinks before going to the cinema, shopping or leisurely walks.
