Property description

A largely extended semi-detached family home providing extensive accommodation in a quiet cul-de-sac location in Littlemore; an area well served by an excellent range of local amenities including Heyford Hill`s Sainsbury`s which is a short walk away. The accommodation comprises on the ground floor entrance hall with fitted storage, cloakroom, large sitting/dining room, kitchen, study, large bedroom with an ensuite and a further double aspect bedroom that could be used as an additional reception room if desired. Littlemore itself is a village on the outskirts of Oxford to the south east of the city. The amenities include a small parade of shops, recreational field, schools, churches, public houses and nearby Sainsbury`s superstore. The David Lloyd Centre and Leys Leisure Centre are also close by. It is well placed for access to the Oxford Business Park and the ring road, providing good connections to main routes such as the M40 and A34. Nearby is the village of Sandford on Thames with Sandford Lock and access to the Thames footpath for picturesque riverside walks. Also within easy access are the more comprehensive facilities of Oxford City Centre, University Departments and a range of schools for all ages. There are rail services to London Paddington in approximately one hour from Oxford mainline station and from the coach station at Gloucester Green there are frequent buses to London Victoria, Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted airports.
