A bright and spacious two double bedroom apartment is located on the third floor of this attractive modern residential building. The apartment has a spacious east facing living room and is open to a modern fitted kitchen. There is a lovely modern fully tiled bathroom with shower and two double west facing bedrooms. This apartment is fully double glazed.

De Beauvoir court benefits from a secure door entry phone system and is situated opposite the popular area know as the 'Toast Rack', within minutes of both Wansdworth Common and Earlsfield National Rail stations. Local bus routes provide access to the Clapham junction as well as taking you north of the river into Fulham. The area is alive with a variety of local shops, cafes and restaurants on the popular Bellevue Road and Northcote Road. The beautiful Wandsworth Common is also a short walk from this apartment, this public common has 70 hectares of green space with a number of ponds and a lake, which can be used for fishing (with a permit). There is also an educational centre, tennis courts, bowling green and a café bar in the grounds. A perfect spot for all your outdoor fitness needs.

Comments From The Owner:

What do you love most about your home? We have always loved the large open plan living space, whatever we are doing we can all hang out together as a family and not feel cramped. The two large windows let in lots of light and the views across London to The Shard, and beyond, never fail to put a smile on our faces.

Why are you moving? Having lived in the area for over 15 years, our growing family has finally catalyzed our decision to move. We have one child already, and another on the way, so we have succumbed to reality and are moving to be closer to family for help with childcare and other such practical matters.

What do you love about the area? The area is well serviced by great transport links to Central London. A short walk to both Wandsworth Common and Earlsfield stations takes us quickly into mainline rail stations Waterloo or Victoria. The bus and tube network are also easily accessible with the Night Tube stopping at nearby Tooting Bec. We love being so close to Wandsworth Common, it has a real community feel and vibe but never feels overcrowded. Meeting with friends and sharing a picnic or just hanging out as a family is a real treat. We also enjoy being able to walk to Bellevue Road and Northcote Road. There are so many good cafes, pubs and restaurants, including our favourites Chez Bruce and Brew. There is even a craft brewery by Wandsworth Common rail station with an excellent taproom, only 10 minutes walk away. Our recent favourite haunt is the vibrant Tooting Markets which offer a vast selection of intimate bars and unique eateries of an evening.
