What do you love most about your home?

We love that our flat has a generous open plan living room/ dining room/ kitchen as we enjoy hosting and entertaining. We also love the large windows throughout the property and generous sized double bedrooms making the place feel light and spacious.
Having the large double guest bedroom has always been a bonus, along with using this as a home office, particularly during lockdown.

Why are you moving?

We are both from the North of England, and have always said when the time is right, we will move back to be closer to family and settle down and start the next chapter of our lives. We are now ready to do this, although we will miss Wandsworth and London dearly.

What do you love about the area?

The property is in an amazing location in the heart of Wandsworth town with the Southside shopping centre and an abundance of great pubs and restaurants to choose from all on the doorstep. There is also a number of local shops and cafes with our favourite being Dr Espresso within seconds walk from the front door.

The location is brilliant for transport links and commuting into central London, served by a number of bus routes, and the choice of 3 stations (Wandsworth Town, East Putney, Clapham Junction) all within 15 minutes walking distance or 5-minute bus to get into central London in 15 minutes.
We are also surrounded by a number of parks and green spaces which we have thoroughly enjoyed exploring, and the location is also very close to the river for strolls along the Thames path.
