What do you love most about your home?

I love how the flat is very well-sized for the area with 2 double bedrooms, and a large reception room with a separate galley kitchen. The flooring is great quality, with a mix of wood and tiles, and the whole property retains heat well. The living room is especially cosy with the fireplace!

Why are you moving?

I am leaving London for a new job in a different city.

What do you love about the area?

The location is fantastic - it's a short and easy walk to both the river and Battersea Park. Battersea Square is also close by, where there are lovely coffees shops and bars which you can then follow up with a walk down the Thames Path.

From the flat, it's also very easy to get to the Kings Road and Chelsea in under 15 mins by foot.

The bus links are also fantastic, with very frequent services to South Kensington, Westfield, Sloane Square, Piccadilly Circus and Clapham Junction.
