As the jewel of eastern Marbella, Elviria is a highly sought-after area, characterised by a delightful covering of coastal umbrella pine. This appealing area is located roughly 10 minutes east of Marbella town centre, surrounded by golf courses, restaurants, beaches and other amenities, and little more than 15 minutes from Puerto Banús. Properties in Elviria are also within 15 minutes of Fuengirola and its attractions, and approximately half an hour from Málaga and the international airport.
