This has been our first home together, and it’s been a place we’ve genuinely loved and have made our own following a full renovation. We’ve made wonderful memories here and will be sad to leave but also excited for our next chapter as a family. The friendly neighbours make it feel like a real community, and having access to parking as well as having a garage has always made day-to-day life easy. It’s a home that has been very special to us, and we hope the next owners will love it just as much as we have.

Pembroke is a popular location in Bracknell, particularly with families and first-time buyers. Local shops, including the Co-op, are within easy reach, along with schools and everyday amenities. Swinley Forest is also nearby, offering fantastic walking, running and cycling routes, while Bracknell town centre is only a short drive away.

When selling similar design houses, I often advise viewers on the options of what they could create in this type of home. To be fair, the sellers have done everything I would normally advise. The refitted kitchen, the conservatory and the downstairs WC all add to the practicality, while the overall flow of the house works brilliantly. We also love the garden. The combination of decking, artificial lawn and the log cabin creates a space that feels like an extension of the house and will be fantastic for entertaining, relaxing or working from home.
