Description

Description

During our clients ownership, this simply stunning End Townhouse has been transformed from the former five bedroom layout, to create the gorgeous four bedroom home now being offered for sale. Re-configured and in turn, reappointed to a quite exceptional standard, we firmly believe this is the most beautifully presented home currently offered in the locality, at this price point. Features include : Oak and Grey graphite flooring to the ground floor, extensive ceiling downlighters at ground floor level which in turn, all have auto sensor control. The Dining Kitchen displays Super Matt Grey doors with soft close function plus high quality Bosch appliances - oven, combination oven, induction hob, extractor, fridge, freezer and dishwasher all included. Even the utility has soft close doors and sensor lighting. There is a Cloaks/WC set off the Inner Hallway and the Utility provides secure internal access, via a newly installed pocket door, to the short Garage, this being ideal for the motorbike enthusiast and of course, providing excellent storage.

On the first floor, the impressively proportioned Lounge displays a gorgeous Media Wall with television and sound bar integrated wiring whilst the rear facing Juliet balcony doors offer a lovely outlook over the impeccable garden below and mature woodland beyond the rear boundary. The first floor is completed by a House bathroom and Bedrooms three and four.

At second floor level the rear facing Master bedroom spans the full width of the dwelling and displays lovely wall panelling along with a full depth dressing table with fitted mirror which has integrated lighting, there being further ceiling downlighting over. Next to this bedroom is a fabulous Shower Room which has full height shower-board panelling throughout and a large thermostatic cascade shower. The front double Bedroom two is currently cleverly subdivided by freestanding wardrobes, to create a Home Office plus a generous wardrobe/dressing area. Finally, from the first floor landing, drop down ladders provide access to a part boarded loft which also contains the highly efficient Vaillant combination boiler.

Outside, to the front is a driveway and low maintenance gravelled bed, pedestrian access being provided to the right hand elevation, to the rear. The rear garden has been transformed, an immense amount of time and planning having being committed to by the owners, to result in the fabulous low maintenance garden now on display. High quality timber fence features are complemented by a rear deck, substantial garden store and beautifully planted raised beds.

About Butcher Residential Ltd, Penistone

2 Crown House Shrewsbury Road, Penistone, S36 6DY

Welcome to Butcher Residential

Butcher Residential is a well-established, family-owned independent estate agency, with offices in Penistone and Denby Dale. We specialise in residential and commercial sales, lettings and property management, land sales, and new homes. We sell and let properties throughout South Yorkshire and the Kirklees area.Values

We really believe in offering valuable, relevant guidance, enabling our clients to achieve their aims as best we can. Whether that's driven by price, timescale or other factors. Good, fair and well-implemented advice is the most important aspect of what we do.Experience

To tell you a little about our background, Ian Butcher has worked in the property industry since 1985. He worked for some of the leading names in the business before launching Butcher Residential Estate Agents with his wife Anne in 2009. After his previous partnership was closed down on result of the recession, he realised that he needed the freedom to make his own choices, and in doing so, protect the number of local employees who had worked for/with him for many years. The Team

We are now a tight-knit team of six, all taking a lot of pride in what we do. Ian, Anne and Anne's daughter, Holly have now worked for the business for a decade, alongside our sales manager Mel Peel, an experienced negotiator having worked for other local estate agents since the early 1990's before coming to us in 2019. Jo and Ben in the Penistone office look after our lettings department. Jo has worked with us for around 14 years now, with so much care and attention always being given to our valued clients. Ben started his journey in the industry with us in 2017 as an apprentice. Ian's secretary and PA Jennifer joined us for all of two days in March 2020 before the dreaded "C" word (no not that one, Covid!) shut the country down. If you'd like to know a little more about us, head over to our "Meet the Team" page!
