The most famous is certainly in the Chestnut and Brown Festival typical of Zocca every year on the weekends of October attracts tens of thousands of visitors.
It is also a well-known tourist destination with a rich medieval heritage and a place of worship and musical pilgrimage. In Zocca, in fact, in 1952 the most famous Italian roker was born, Vasco Rossi who in 1975 founded Punto Radio one of the first free Italian radio stations.
The municipality is divided into various hamlets surrounded by hills and hills that frame the building, built during the 2000s, located on the outskirts of the town, with a wide view of the greenery and the countryside that stretches to the horizon.

The living area on the ground floor offers us a spacious and spacious living room, with two double-glazed wooden windows guaranteeing brightness and thermal insulation. The living room overlooks the spacious kitchen, and the wooden staircase, which leads to the second level while through a hallway we reach the bathroom with window and shower.
On the upper floor, characterized by the exposed roof, there is the sleeping area, three large bedrooms, the utility room where the boiler is located, and the second bathroom always with windows and shower.
Two of the three rooms lead, through large French windows, to the balcony that takes up two sides of the building and extends over 20 square meters with a panoramic view of the surrounding valley.
