Property description

The property is situated on Craster Road, a quiet, residential street popular for its proximity to Brixton, Herne Hill and Tulse Hill. The green, open spaces of Brockwell Park, popular with runners and dog walkers, along with the sought-after Lido, are also nearby. On its doorstep are plenty of local amenities which include a post office, local cafés, a newsagent, and the recently refurbished Elm Park Tavern.

Brixton town centre, which is home to Brixton Village, Ritzy Cinema, Brixton Academy and Pop Brixton as well as various other restaurants, bars, cafés, and shops is just a short walk away. Brixton mainline and underground (Victoria Line), Herne Hill, Tulse Hill and Streatham Hill Stations all within walking distance from this characterful home providing easy access to London Bridge, Clapham Junction, London Victoria, and Central London.

Some words from the owner:
What do you love most about your home?
It is a very spacious flat thanks to the split-level layout, tall ceilings, large living room and separate kitchen that is big enough to dine in. It has original features and great natural light. The third bedroom comes in very useful as an office and for storage. Also, the street is quiet and we're not overlooked at the front or back.

Why are you moving?
Our family has expanded so are looking to move to a house in this same neighbourhood.

What do you love about the area?
The area has beautiful green spaces, zone 2 transport links, independent stores, an arthouse cinema and a wealth of restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs. It's easy to head into Brixton but Streatham Hill, Brixton Hill, Tulse Hill and Herne Hill are all nearby and have plenty going on too. The perfect Sunday is a stroll through Brockwell Park to Herne Hill market then lunch at The White Horse.
