The village of Choulou is located on the Vouni Panagia – Ambelitis wine route with a lot of vineyards on the doorstep which can be visited. The village is also midway between the coastal resort of Paphos and the Troodos mountains. The property would make an ideal base for walkers, cyclists, nature lovers and wine enthusiasts to name a few. The property is overlooked by the picturesque ruins of the Agios Theodorous Church.



The property is registered with the Cyprus Agrotourism organisation giving it a distinct advantage and the vendor has all the necessary licences from the CTO.
