What do you love most about your home?

I like my property for the double thorough lounge for a spacious feel, the natural light that's available due to the rear of the house facing south and the veranda in the garden to sit there all day in the summer to make the most of the sun.

Why are you moving?

My reason for moving after 12 years is to remain in the area but hopefully to a slightly larger home as kids are growing up and need a bit more room.

What do you love about the area?
The reasons I chose Woodford Green all those years ago still hold true. This was for the choice of good schools within the catchment area, the road networks for my commute to work, public transport is all within walking distance and plenty green space such as local parks and Epping Forest to ride bikes and walk the dog.
