The walls and roof are of treated studwork which are fully insulated with the roof being coated with a fibreglass treatment. There are purpose built opening windows to three sides with a further stable door access to the front. Inside there has been an ingenious use of space and the caravan has been fitted out with the following:

Insulated with under floor heating

With bespoke ornamental brackets the approximate dimensions of the caravan are 4.27m (14'0") long x 2.13m (7'0") wide x 2.97m (9'9") high.
