Comments from the owner: What do you love most about your home? The location is amazing. The flat is so close to the shops and restaurants of Upper Street, but it is also very quiet and peaceful. We love the huge tree that we can see out of the living room. Our favourite room in the flat is the bathroom that we redid a few years ago. The underfoot heating is luxurious and the huge cupboard helps keep things clutter-free and calm.




Why are you moving? Now that we're a family of three we're moving to have a bit more space and to be nearer family.




What do you love about the area? There are so many great places to eat and drink nearby. We love taking out of town visitors to the Smokehouse, right next door, for a Sunday roast. 69 Colebrooke row is a great cosy cocktail bar. And we are regulars for brunch at Sunday and Le Peche Mignon. It's fun to browse the beautiful homeware stores, like Aria and Twentytwentyone. The Almeida Theatre is so close and offers great discounts for locals. And It's wonderful to have Highbury Fields and Regent's Canal so nearby for walks. And, there are so many buses, tube, and overground options it's really easy to explore other parts of London.
