In 1990 the Cancer Research campaign thanked the present owners for their kind assistance in the research of HIV and AIDS involving blood samples from their Sonneratti jungle fowl.

Overall, the residence, fisheries and aviaries provide an excellent opportunity to purchase a profitable commercial venture. Corporate, weekly and daily anglers are welcomed throughout the year.
