Description

If a fully refurbished first floor converted flat with parking situated within the highly sought after Poets area sounds like your type of property, then do not miss out on this fantastic abode.

The open plan lounge kitchen provides a modern relaxing place to socialise with friends. Why not head out to the sunny west facing balcony to enjoy a cold drink on a warm summers evening. The modern kitchen is bright and airy allowing the light from the bay window to bounce around the room and has been installed to a high standard.

The modern bathroom has also been installed to a high standard with the current owner even retaining some of the original charm of the building by refurbishing the original sash windows in the bathroom and bedroom.

Whether you are a first time buyer or buy to let investor, the fact that this property offers a share of the freehold, remainder of a 999 year lease and an 'as and when' maintenance set up is sure to appeal.

Located with the ever popular Poets area which provides easy access to the town centre and both Worthing and West Worthing stations this property certainly ticks the location box, so why not leave the car at home in your very own parking space and take a stroll. To the rear of the property you will find communal gardens for use by the four residents, with use of sheds for storage.

Offered for sale with no onward chain, you could be moved in sooner than you might think. Call and arrange your viewing today.

OWNERS OPINION
When I purchased the property last year it needed complete modernisation throughout. As I planned for this to be a long term move I refurbished throughout to a high standard including a brand new boiler (with warranty). I also made the property open plan as this makes the living accommodation social.

Due to a change in circumstances, I am now selling. Although my time here was short, I hope that the new owners enjoy their time here as much as I have.
