We viewed a lot of apartments before this one and we immediately fell in love with the internal design. The property has flexible accommodation, with the removable internal wall a great feature for entertaining guests.

The apartment had higher quality fixtures and fittings than others we viewed, with NEFF appliances in the kitchen. It is nice and light, enjoying a great amount of sunshine in the mornings.

Finally, it had secure parking, a private terrace and was within walking distance to Sainsburys supermarket and the Lancaster Train Station. It was everything we were looking for at the time.
