We were immediately drawn to this house because of the overall size and we loved the area. It seemed so quiet and we love the neighbourhood. Everyone is ever so friendly and respectful of each other. It has a real community feel and it has always felt like a safe place for our daughter to play out with her friends.
Since owning the property, we have redecorated most of the rooms and we have built a pergola in the garden over the patio area.
We have found the living space to be very versatile. We changed the lounge over to the dining room as it suited our needs. It could also be an option that someone could utilise one of the reception rooms as an extra bedroom.
