The house has been in the family for many years. We have spend a huge amount of time and effort in refurbishing the property throughout to the best possible standard and needs to be seen to be appreciated. We have two reception rooms which is great for entertaining and a large kitchen/diner with doors out onto the rear garden which would be excellent in the summer months. The location is great, we are moments away from Forest Hill station which has superb links into central London
