I've owned this property for ten years and what attracted me to this one in particular was the large rooms, and having my own parking space.
Since I've owned it I have redecorated and had a new kitchen fitted, and have had a guaranteed damp proof course so the flat is lovely and dry and warm.
When I live here i loved being able to walk everywhere without the hassle of having to use my car!
In more recent years the property has been rented out and it has always been very popular.
Now the last tenant has vacated I am selling the property chain free.
