We liked the house as it s in a quiet road in Beckton with good transport options, which are now excellent into and out of London. Although the house was compact we found it to be designed very well with larger kitchen than many bigger houses and decent space behind for children to play in a courtyard. Schools, shopping centres, doctor and dentist, post office, banks, gyms and swimming pools which we used extensively, all nearby.
