There is a large paved terrace ideal for outside entertaining, mature borders planted with native tree species and fruit trees, raised beds and traditional dry stone walls mark the boundaries.

The front door opens into the entrance porch which leads to the main hallway giving access to all rooms. The hallway is fitted with concealed storage and a Panaget French oak floor runs throughout. From the hallway, there is access to the sitting room, all bedrooms and the family bathroom.

The sitting room with dual aspect windows and access to the rear sun terrace is fitted with a multi-fuel burning stove set upon a stone hearth. There is concealed storage in the alcove along with display shelves and feature woodstore detailing on the chimney breast wall and exposed stonework to the rear. The sitting room leads to the kitchen/breakfast area which offers a range of grey painted wooden wall and base units, Blanco composite sink, cream Silestone work surfaces and Richetti splashback tiling. There is a Rayburn Range, set into a recess along with integral appliances including ceramic hob, double oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The boiler is also housed in a useful storage cupboard.

Access to the utility/boot room is from the kitchen, which is fitted with wall and floor cupboards, a Silestone sink and work surface and is plumbed for a washing machine, along with access to a useful cloakroom with wash-hand basin and WC. It also benefits from underfloor heating, and outside access.

The family room is accessed from the kitchen and is a bright spacious room, with windows to three sides enjoying views and access to the sun terrace and garden.
All four bedrooms face the rear of the property, some have exposed stonework and all have views over the garden, two having feature arch windows. The master bedroom has an en-suite which is tiled and fitted with a double shower, wash-hand basin and WC as well as a feature window to enjoy the views.

The family bathroom has Richetti tiling and is fitted with bath with shower over, double wash-hand basin and WC.

Externally

To the front of the property there is a double detached garage with woodstore with power and lighting and parking space for several cars. There is a five-bar wooden gate which leads down the side of the property through a tree lined avenue of native tree species, including silver birch, rowan, yew and beech leading to the rear of the property and the spacious sun terrace and garden.

Within the garden there are herbaceous borders and fruit trees with mature planting surrounded by stone walling and uninterrupted views. To the side of the property there are two sheds and access to the paddock, which wraps around to the front of the property which is reached through a gate in the hawthorn hedge.
