The village also features a Social Club, an Age Concern centre for older people, providing many activities & services, a comprehensive school, Cowplain Community School, and Padnell Infant and Junior Schools, next to a large recreation ground with a park, tennis courts and bowling facilities. There is also Queen's Enclosure Primary School adjacent to the Queen's Enclosure woods, a remnant of the original Forest of Bere. The local church is St. Wilfrid's, although there are a number of others in the area.

In our opinion this property due to it school catchment would make a great family home and would provide space for the family to grow into. Dad will appreciate the garage and the children the spacious rear garden.
