Located within walking distance of the wonderful town of Newport lies this small quiet cul-de-sac, where this lovely modern home is situated. There will be no driving around looking for a parking space as this comes with its own allocated space, making it easy to carry your shopping straight inside.

The good size lounge, complete with full length picture window is the perfect place to gather the family in the evenings and catch up on the day’s events or just relax watching the television together. At the end of the evening when you head upstairs there will not be any fighting over bedrooms and both are a great size, with their own handy storage cupboards.

The home has a wonderful aspect with a very sunny rear garden which is perfect for the sun worshippers to chill out on those lovely warm sunny days. Get the barbecue out and fired up, invite the family round and get the sausages and steaks sizzling away!

With the town centre and all the major supermarkets only a short walk away, you have everything you could ever need. Local schools are all in walking distance, so no need to get caught in the morning traffic! The regular bus route around the corner will take you further afield if you don’t feel like taking the car or just fancy a scenic tour of the Island!

This home is sure to attract a great deal of interest, from retirees to young families and especially any buy to let landlords out there looking to add to their portfolio. So be quick to come along and see for yourself.

What the Owner says:

I bought this house as my first home 12 years ago and never intended on staying so long, but with everything on my doorstep it was difficult to find a reason to move! I have really enjoyed the house over the years, so peaceful, quiet and easy for me to hop on my bike and ride to work. It was a great first time buy and I’m sure other people like me will love this little cul-de-sac which backs on to the open countryside. I wish the new owners the very best and hope they enjoy it as much as I have.
