Being in a central location you will find getting around easy, you can walk across the road to the seafront where you will find beautiful sandy beaches and cliff top walks or go the other way to find the main parade of shops. If you need to go further afield the bus routes are close by where you can hop on the Loop service and get into all the major Thanet towns with ease.

Dickens Court benefits from having secure gated parking and a lift. There are communal gardens and lounge areas. There is also an onsite property manager and a guest room facility.

What the Owner says:

My wife and I, both approaching our eighties, were looking to downsize and to move nearer family members. This property suited our requirements well, being on one level, serviced by a lift, and being newly built for retirement purposes. It had two light double bedrooms and a large bathroom. Being on the corner of the fourth floor, the apartment is often bathed in sunlight, with clear views to the north and the east over the channel. They are undoubtedly the best views in the block, explaining why the flat is also the most expensive! In addition we felt safe and were attracted by off road parking, security cameras and the services of a highly efficient warden, a retired policeman
