This property suited our requirements well, being on one level, serviced by a lift, and being newly built for retirement purposes. It had two light double bedrooms and a large bathroom. Being on the corner of the fourth floor, the apartment is often bathed in sunlight, with clear views to the north and the east over the channel. They are undoubtedly the best views in the block, explaining why the flat is also the most expensive! In addition we felt safe and were attracted by off road parking, security cameras and the services of a highly efficient warden, a retired policeman
