My father built the bungalow over 50 years' ago with building being completed in 1954 and it has been a wonderful family home since.

I was born here, grew up with the neighbouring children, walked to school and spent many hours playing in the garden and enjoying picnics and having fun in Banstead Woods, which are opposite.

With the local train and bus services, it was easy to get to work when I was older - such a great location.

The property is now being sold and we will miss it dearly, however we hope a new family creates as many happy memories here as our family has.
