When choosing to live here I wanted a property to downsize to. However, the house still needed to have comfort combined with a homely feel and it needed to be ready to move straight into as I didn't have time to be updating a home. This home covered all those points really suiting my every need. Since owning the property I have made some changes including replacing carpets and some windows, installing a new front door and most notably softening the decor from a brown and yellow theme to something more neutral. Cheriton is a great place to live as it has everything you need from schools to supermarkets, fast link trains to London and the M20 motorway. Above all the neighbourhood is a very safe and friendly community to be a part of.
