I saw potential when I first came to see this property. Having been looking in the area for a considerable amount of time I knew what I was looking for. I had two of the bedrooms knocked into one to make a large master bedroom, that’s all I needed, then set about having the kitchen fitted upstairs, not to mention fully redecorating & remodelling the kitchen. It has served me well, the flat generated a great return and I don’t even miss the space.
