We asked the owners what they liked about the property
 'The house is in such a great location for getting everywhere on foot; shops and supermarkets, pubs and restaurants, the park, the trains and buses, plus there are some really beautiful walks in every direction. There isn't any parking in the road, but we've never had a problem finding somewhere to park in the neighbouring roads. There's a little  pathway next to the Old House At Home to cut back through to the house too, so the car is only ever a few minutes walk away. We pull up to the house if we have a lot of stuff to drop off! Being in the town centre there's also loads of parking around for visitors. 
It's such a pretty place, tucked away but with all the convenience of living on the high street. We're quite sorry to have to move on!'
