The detail and character continues throughout the inside of the house, which has been extensively and sympathetically restored over a period of years with beamed ceilings, fireplaces and latched doors. The formal grounds, which surround the property on three sides, sit adjoining glorious open countryside that provides a delightful rural environment without being isolated. The property is nestled in an enviable village position yet centrally positioned to enjoy easy access to all of North Norfolk.

The two very successful four star independent holiday cottages both have their own parking and garden areas. The cottages have an excellent and long-standing holiday let record, which can provide the perfect lifestyle environment or flexible guest space.

The delightful formal grounds look out over glorious open countryside and extend to around 0.6 of an acre. SITUATION Hunt Hall Farmhouse is located in the highly desirable village of Sharrington, which is around 4 miles South of the coastline and 3 miles from the Georgian market town of Holt and Greshams School. The village boasts a church dating from the 13th century and a medieval hall.

Holt is one of the most attractive small towns in Norfolk in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The town existed before the Norman invasion but was destroyed by fire in 1708. It had to be rebuilt and we're very lucky that the timing meant that the Georgian style was used. The main street is lined with colour washed Georgian buildings, many of architectural importance. There are tea and coffee shops, lots of antique and curio shops, food shops and delicatessens, banks and independent shops. The North Norfolk coast at Blakeney is six miles away. There is good sailing, golf, bird-watching and many good beaches nearby.
