Passing the waterworks on your right, the property will be found a short distance along on your left hand side opposite the turning to Patchacott. From Holsworthy: Proceed on the A3072 Hatherleigh Road for Approximately 4 miles and upon reaching Dunsland Cross, turn right on to the A3079 Signed Okehampton.
