Water The land benefits from a mains water supply to OS Numbers 8668, 9969 and 9455 of Lot 1 with OS9044 of Lot 1 and OS1372 and OS1055 of Lot 2 all benefiting from a natural water supply from the stream that crosses the land as well as the spring and pond area to the west of OS1372.
