More of the outside later. A brief resume of the accommodation first with the aid of our floor plan below: All principle rooms look south and west towards the garden and of those views, the vista of which is sensibly enhanced by plenty of large windows, as well as, as you might expect, bi fold doors to the main sitting room area. Indeed the very nature of design allows this room to extend into or onto the balcony area during said months. And during the winter, snug up to the wood burning stove and warm solid flooring and watch the elements from within.

Remote controlled gates secure Honeywood from the front and the expansive forecourt, part tarmac', part Indian sandstone, allows for plenty of turning and parking space. The parameter of Honeywood is interspersed with Scots Pine. Around at the rear and there is more than ample relaxation space to be taken at lower ground level, although best of all at the higher balcony level - so you can keep an even better view of the children playing in the gardens below.

Locator - St Davids is to be found off Noctorum Road which runs parallel to the south and west side of the Wirral Ladies' Golf Club. It's a few minutes in the car to BHSA, Birkenhead School and St Anselm's and then another ten or so on from here to work in the city.
