I think a key strength of this property is the location. Woodord Bridge is family friendly and a safe neighbourhood with many local amenities that appeal to old and young alike. Local school are within distance There is a Tesco Store at the other end of Roding Lane North and from the cinema in South Woodford to Westfield in Stratford there is plenty to do within a short drive away.

I think it's unusual to find a maisonette that comes with a garage and I am sure it can be used for storage, a hobby or for parking your car. I am able to offer this property chain free and with a little bit of TLC, I am sure this would be a fantastic home.
