Clarks Court is a very smart complex of retirement apartments, built by McCarthy & Stone in 2006, set right in the centre of Cullompton.

All the facilities including the 24 hour care line, the buildings insurance and water rates are provided within the service charge, which is paid in two instalments of 1,780.79 in March and in September. There is also a ground rent of 460 which is paid bi annually. The apartment is held under a long Lease of 125 years, with approx 117 remaining.

The North and South Devon coastlines and the moors of Exmoor and Dartmoor, all lie within a moderate car journey and are enjoyed by many living in the Culm Valley area, within easy reach of the M5 corridor.
