This house has been in my family for many years and I have had the most amazing time here. For me it has been hugely convenient with the hospital just down the road, which is where I work, so I am sure the house will appeal to anyone else working there.

However, the time has now come for me to move on to pastures new. My neighbours have been wonderful and it will be really hard to leave them behind, I'm sure this will be a very happy home for the new owner just as it has been for me.
