We bought this home as a first purchase and have really enjoyed living here. Everything we need is close by and the space has been perfect.
Being on a walk way it is lovely as it makes it nice and quiet and a safe place for the children to go out and ride their bikes without the worry of busy roads. As our neighbours don't drive we benefit from additional parking spaces which is a real bonus. If you don't need a third bedroom, many people in our road have converted the home into two double bedrooms. This would be subject to the necessary planning permission being obtained.
