Full description

Tenure: Freehold

Pick up your keys and move straight in to this modern family home. Positioned on a walk way tucked away from the main road and just round the corner from a play park makes this an ideal location for a family with young children.

There is plenty of parking available to the rear of the home so no need to struggle for space after the school run or a long day at work.

The home has been recently decorated along with clever storage built in to the entrance porch for all your coats and shoes to be kept tidy and out of the way. The lounge offers plenty of space for the whole family to relax and enjoy their favourite television programme as well as the kitchen/diner offering enough room for a dining table and chairs for friends and family to sit and enjoy dinner together.

There will be no rush in the morning for school as there are a choice of primary schools within walking distance and the local shops for your daily essentials are just a short stroll away. If you commute to London you can reach the A2/M2 within a few minutes by car and from Strood railway station you can be in the City within 40 minutes. Close by is the popular Medway Valley Leisure Park with a variety of restaurants overlooking the river. There is also a cinema, gym and bowling alley along with Diggerland. Whether you are looking for your first home, a family home or buy to let in a popular location this home certainly ticks all the boxes.

What the Owner says:

We bought this home as a first purchase and have really enjoyed living here. Everything we need is close by and the space has been perfect.
Being on a walk way it is lovely as it makes it nice and quiet and a safe place for the children to go out and ride their bikes without the worry of busy roads. As our neighbours don't drive we benefit from additional parking spaces which is a real bonus. If you don't need a third bedroom, many people in our road have converted the home into two double bedrooms. This would be subject to the necessary planning permission being obtained.
We are sure the new owners will love it here just as much as we have.
