The home has been great for my family over the years, but it is now time for me to find something smaller.

What attracted me and is still a draw factor of the home has to be the location, being so close to everything - shops, restaurants and also Selhurst station on the doorstep.

The attraction of living here is that although we are on top of everything, being a cul-de-sac it is relatively quiet and peaceful as we do not get any passing traffic.
