Directions 
To locate the property, travelling from Chesterfield on the A619, head in to Brimington, taking the first exit on the junction at the Ark Tavern on to the B6050. Then, at the mini roundabout, take the second exit on to Coronation Road. Continue on the road until reaching Cow Lane. You many note a closed barrier at this point, of which a key will be provided to the successful purchaser. Continue approximately 200m and turn left on to Gregory Lane, where our 'For Sale' board will be situated.
