We have recently refurbished the flat, so that the buyer can move straight in without any worries. There is a new kitchen, bathroom and all freshly decorated. It is a nice building and the neighbours are friendly. The garden is a great size and very private, it is ideal for a barbeque in the summer months. The location is great as we are close to Crystal Palace and its trendy restaurants and bars, two stations are nearby too, ideal for commuters.
