Owners Comment
The property was built in 1986 and I am the first owner from new. Kingswood Drive is great for me as the transport links have given me the freedom to visit family and travel. There are only a few houses in the close and it is quiet and secure. For the new owner there is still further potential for them to put their own stamp on the property. The property is easy to maintain and I have enjoyed living here for over 30 years.
