The house is ideally situated for Brighton and Sussex Universities and several other colleges.In the last couple of years we have re rendered the front and back walls and had the whole house replastered. We also refitted the kitchen and bathroom in 2014 and replaced all the carpets and flooring. We also boarded and installed lighting in the loft and completely re landscaped the rear garden.
