The land is located approximately 0.6 miles from the centre of the village of Dyffryn Ardudwy and 1.8 miles from the village of Llanbedr, Gwynedd.

From Harlech take the A496 towards Barmouth for 4.6 miles. The land will be on your left hand side after you have entered Dyffryn Ardudwy and just before the Bryn Heulog Housing Estate. Access to the fields is through the field gate and by foot only.

From Dolgellau take A470 towards Blaenau Ffestiniog for 0.8 miles. At the roundabout take the first exit towards Harlech onto the A496.
