The moment I walked through the door I knew that I was going to live here. I never wanted to live in a run-of-the-mill three bed semi on a cul-de-sac and the character of the house shone through from the outset. It is a charming cottage with a lovely feeling of history, while still having a sense of light and space.

Its location also featured heavily in my decision as it is so close to all of the local amenities, public transport links and not to mention the superb local beaches.
