The stairs lead up to the Utility Room and also provide access to the large rear garden. The Utility Room has excellent floor to ceiling storage with plenty of space for those wet suits and clothes you can never find enough room for inside. "Owners Comments"

The character and charm of Bay House captivated us from the outset and its all-important proximity to Dartmouth's vibrant town centre, with its range of top class amenities and year-round entertainment and festival scene, is compelling. Near enough for easy access but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle, South Ford Road is an ideal and friendly location.
Bay House is also a magical property at Christmas with a cosy Dickensian character; easily able to accommodate our visiting family who loved being able to walk into town to shop and socialise and pop back to drop off the bags or take a break without the need for cars, buses or taxis.
It has also proved to be a successful and desirable holiday let, no doubt driven by its comfortable and homely layout, easy access and convenient location
