This property has got to be seen to be believed. With lots of ground floor living space, a potential fourth bedroom, room to extend and an en-suite off the master bedroom, this will tick all the boxes of your property search.

The moment you pull up to this house you can see the vast size and plot of land it is situated on. With driveway to front for two cars and access to the garage there is ample space to park the car. Once inside you have a wide entrance hallway, with storage in the porch and cupboards as you enter. The ground floor WC is located on the right hand side and is perfect for the kids and when you have visitors over.

The large lounge is a tech lovers dream. With a fully fitted sound system, multi-coloured LED lights in the layered light raft ceiling, built in electrical wires (so no mess), you will enjoy the cinema experience from your own front room. The kitchen diner is a great size, it comes with ample space for a large dining table, and the kitchen space provides lots of storage cupboards and surface space. Also on the ground floor is the optional fourth bedroom or large reception room. It is an identical size to bedroom two, and has a set of bay double doors that lead out to the garden. The room also comes with modern fitted cupboard space as well.

Up on the first floor is where you will find the three bedrooms and family bathroom. The master bedroom even comes with its own en-suite shower room. The family bathroom comes with a separate bath and wet room facilities with the shower.

The garden is perfect for entertaining with a spacious patio area, rear lawn area and a large workshop and a summerhouse, both with electricity supply. You can certainly enjoy the sun all afternoon long.

Seller’s Comments
We moved to Bexley in 2003 as we wanted to benefit from the wide choice of secondary schools for the future of our, then primary aged, daughter and son. Our daughter went on to Townley Grammar and our son enjoyed his time at Hurstmere in Sidcup.

Living here has been a pleasure and we have always enjoyed the secluded nature of our position and being surrounded by the beautiful greenery of our location. The kids have made camp in the woodland opposite when they were younger and with The Warren, Hall Place, Bexley Woods all a short walk away there’s plenty of places for the family to walk, cycle and meet friends.

The house lends itself to socialising with all the space downstairs and we’ve had many kids and adult parties indoors and out. Great for summer evening barbecues and with the sun setting to the side of the garden you’ll have sunshine on the patio until late.

The kids, and us as parents, have always liked the fact that they can have their own independence in the house and having friends over doesn’t mean that the whole house is disturbed. Our intention was always to do a full extension to the side and make a substantially bigger house, but as the kids grew we just never got round to it. Several similar houses locally have done this and they've made 5/6 bed houses as a result.
Our family has grown up now and it’s time to move to something a little smaller now we don’t need the space and let someone else make happy family memories here.
