Our photographs were taken mid morning and you may spot that two of the four patio areas were already bathed in sunshine; the two remaining are there for the afternoon and late afternoon sun - so a carefully planned garden; private, immaculate. And around the corner from the automatic gates and front parking bay is a double garage (also suitably secured).

Locator - St Davids Lane stands just off Noctorum Road and is a no through road comprising a mix of modern and traditional high end market homes. A desirable location for those with children at Birkenhead School and BHSA and for work in the city with access to the latter a ten minute drive to the tunnel.
