3. Notwithstanding the details of any external materials that may have been submitted with the application, details of all external materials shall be submitted to and be approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before development is commenced. Any materials that may be agreed shall be used in the implementation of the development unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.
4. Detailed plans showing the design, location and materials to be used on all boundary walls/fences/screen walls and other means of enclosure shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before development is commenced and the development shall be carried out in accordance with such detailed plans.
5. Before development commences, precise details of proposed finished floor levels of the development in relation to the surrounding ground levels and adjacent properties, including sections through the site, shall be submitted and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority and implemented in accordance with agreed details.
6. No part of the development hereby permitted shall be brought into use until the driveway is surfaced in a hard bound material for the full length of the driveway, behind the highway boundary. The surfaced driveway shall then be maintained in a hard bound material for the life of the development.
7. No part of the development hereby permitted shall be brought into use until the access is constructed with provision to prevent the discharge of surface water on to the public highway, which shall then be retained for the life of the development.
