It was the location that first attracted me to this house. I grew up locally so knew the area well and liked the fact that there are really handy shops nearby so it was easy to pop out for a pint of milk or a paper if needed. There are also bus stops nearby that can take you into Dartford Town Centre or to Bluewater and Greenhithe Village, with its quaint houses and friendly pubs, is within walking distance, as is the railway station that offers an excellent service into Central London.

Families will like that there is a good primary school nearby as well as parks. I have been very happy here for nearly 40 years and have recently had the house redecorated. The garden is a good size and is very private and the third bedroom could be converted into an en-suite bathroom or shower room as there is pipework in place.
